Jeri is a mindset coach, real estate investing coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, and
author. Jeri works with those who are searching for that something “more” in life and who are
committed to discovering it within themselves. She is co-owner with her husband, Mike, of the Dreamvesting Companies, which consist of DVG Realty Group at kwElite, Orange Property Management, Schlick Construction, Solid Roofing, and Dreamvesting Capital Group. They own and manage a $15 million portfolio of real estate ranging from single family rentals to apartment buildings. These include long-term and short-term rentals such as The Offutt Manor, an iconic historic Omaha mansion. And, they have recently completed their first ground-up development, Ten Square Townhomes, near UNMC.

Jeri is passionate about teaching others how to invest in real estate. What sets her coaching apart is that in addition to the “how to” she also teaches Mindset. Her coaching company, Jeri Cristine Coaching was formed in 2022 and has already coached over 60 students toward turning their dreams into reality!

Jeri’s pride and joy are her three children, Maya (8), Ivy (6) and Caleb (3). Each of her children were adopted, and she is an advocate for open adoption.
